Our life is affected not only by our past and fear of failure but also affected emotionally by jealousy. People tend to associate jealousy more to women in love relationship than men and that connotation may not be valid. Men too gets affected and suffer severely from jealousy.
Jealousy does not discriminate between women and men. Jealousy rears its ugly head not only in love relationship but also in other aspects of life like business or career success.

You don't have to search for them outside because all these elements are already programmed within your mind and you only must allow them to emerge and practice them.
#1 Start investing in yourself in terms of skills and knowledge to enhance your ability, so that your confidence and trust will be strengthened. What is ability? Your ability is your capability of doing things you love. With better knowledge and training, your ability will be enhanced.
#2 Find out your passion and the things you are good at to motivate yourself. Motivation determines what you do. Doing a thing well gives you confidence.

#3 Your attitude is most significant, and it determines how well you can do it. Your happiness, confidence and security in life will be secured. Your well-being will be well taken care off.
Once you can see progress in your ability, purpose (motivation), and you practice positive self-awareness (attitude), you will at least see yourself as equal or better than others (not because you are, but its the reasoning that you can and that you are making the effort to be better); you will feel secure and you won't easily let jealousy strain or stress you.
