The Bible, an ancient book of infinite knowledge and wisdom, the Bible is a collection of sacred texts written by 44 writers of different background and personalities through guidance and inspiration from God.

The Bible is the most widely distributed book with over 5,000,000,000 copies in circulation in over 2700 languages around globe. The 2000 years old book contain 66 books with 39 books in the Old Testament and 27 books in the New Testament.

Below is a list of all the books in the bible and the writers;

The Old Testament

Moses Wrote the first 5 books; Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy and the book of Job
Joshua wrote the book of Joshua

Samuel Wrote the books; Judges, Ruth, 1st and 2nd Samuel

Jeremiah wrote the books; 1 Kings, 2 Kings, Jeremiah and Lamentations

Ezra wrote the books; 1 Chronicles, 2 Chronicles, Ezra and Nehemiah

Mordecai wrote the book of Esther

Psalms was written by different authors but mostly by David

Solomon wrote the book of Proverbs, Ecclesiastes and Songs of Solomon

Isaiah wrote the Book of Isaiah

Ezekiel wrote the Book of Ezekiel

Daniel Wrote the book of Daniel

Hosea wrote the Book of Hosea

Joel Wrote the book of Joel

Amos Wrote the book of Amos

Obadiah Wrote the book of Obadiah

Jonah Wrote the book of Jonah

Micah Wrote the book of Micah

Nahum Wrote the book of Nahum

Habakkuk Wrote the book of Habakkuk

Zephaniah Wrote the book of Zephaniah

Haggai Wrote the book of Haggai

Malachi Wrote the book of Malachi

The New Testament

Matthew was written by Apostle Matthew

Mark was written by John Mark

Luke and acts of the apostle was written by Apostle Luke

John wrote the book of John (The Gospel Of john) , 1 John , 2 John and Revelation

Paul Wrote most of the books in the new testament; Romans, 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, 1 Thessalonians, 2 Thessalonians, 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, Titus and Philemon and most likely Hebrew

James was written by James

1st and 2nd Peter was written by Peter.

Jude was written by Jude

The Bible is the word given to us by God to guide us through knowledge and experiences of past faithful servants of Jehovah. We should apply these bible principles and live a practical life in Christ.

2nd Timothy Chapter 3 Verse 16-17

16 All Scriptures is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness.

17 So that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work.

Facts on the bible is always interesting. Why did you not talk about Revelation? It was written by Apostle John, even before he wrote the bible book that bears his name.

I talked bout revelation, i could never miss revelation, its my favorite book in the new testament.

I am still conflicted about who wrote hebrew though.

The bible is a book containing the full knowlegde of life and death , light and dark. It is left for us to choose one.
