DSES News: Nothing Goes Out is Return VoidsteemCreated with Sketch.

Good afternoon World from the Far East!

A blessed Christmas week till New Year 2019 for all of you!

It has been a while since I have updated this account, but hey, it’s the festive seasons, and there are some things do matter in the real world too besides the blockchain social network.

This is something I truly wish anyone who is reading this will realise that

And it is because the people in the real world matters, that is why this account was formed to suggest ways and brainstorm together for the benefit as a whole.

As I am writing this and trying to wrap around thoughts and ways to help make supporters (delegators) / donors to make their contribution worth, I have been trying to find the (almost ideal) solution to help them realise that…

Every cent / steem spent is worth it

Recently @crypto.piotr generously supported the DSES account’s movement to help support other charitable accounts who are trying to make a difference (and heard) in Steemit account by delegating some of his SPs over, and was so kind to allow me to figure out how to best make their presence in DSES matter.

(And he is still confused in what I am trying to do yet have faith in my experiments. Haha... So sorry about that and thank you so much for your patience! )

10 days later, I was surprised with @pennsif who has decided to quietly surprise this account while I was really busy in the real world and let the account run automatically supporting other contents from charitable accounts and great curation accounts by delegating 150SP over!

So by later in the evening onwards, I am hoping that the curation rewards would have suddenly spiked if my settings for this account were made properly.

And His contribution will not return void.

As the chart above is in reference of @crypto.piotr ’s spreadsheet data (since his is strong enough to see some changes) I managed to come out (and still tweaking) a nice independent graph to see how the curation rewards split in his % stake working.

You can actually see the slight growth in the yellow zone that his stake as a share in the DSES account is growing.

You see, delegation accounts are different from direct donor accounts as their stake is larger due to the fact that it was a direct exchange with a charitable account like @gtpjfoodbank and decides to park in DSES to help support other accounts.

Delegators can pull out anytime so whatever curation % that was divided based on their influence power in the DSES account are kept in the DSES to grow larger in time by its own.

So in @crypto.piotr’s case, he now has 0.038 Steem grown as stake in DSES account; and it will keep growing until he decides to withdraw from it (to keep or to bless others).

Which means even if @crypto.piotr one day un-delegates from DSES, here will be a tiny bit of SP in the account that will keep growing (but only can be seen if its % curation rewards is more than 0.001 Steem worth)

As far as I can observe at the current stake, delegators are advised to keep in the DSES account until their stake has accumulated at least 6.5 SP worth before pulling out to delegate others.

If you are looking at the chart progress, it looks like it is really slow at growth, but bear in mind that this model was never intended to make profit but just to help make idle small account useful / to make steem from other charity accounts useful (instead of bleeding out to the market and thrown away) via real life donors.

While helping others to thrive, the little seed of goodness grows, and one day it will bloom and yield fruit (Or many seeds in return)

This model was inspired by the scripture Isaiah 55:11; even though this is not an act of God, but the good that brings forth from these generous hearts does mirror the Creator's intention.

Thank you for mentioning my name @dses

I think it's a very quiet time on Steemit and probably not many people will be online (perhaps they online mostly while at work?:P)

yours
Piotr

Thank you for having faith in this idea.

Wishing you a victorious, prosperous, peace, joy and healthy this 2019!
