Tips For Stomach Aches

Sadly I woke up with a very bad stomach ache so I had to call in sick from work. Now I work Monday through Friday so I have to get better by tomorrow or else I'll lose too much money at my job. So I searched on the internet and will be applying the following tips, along with taking some medicine to ensure that I don't feel like this tomorrow.

So here's the following tips that I will be taking throughout the day to combat these aches:

  1. Try a warm compress
  2. Take a hot bath
  3. Massage your stomach.
  4. Drink aloe vera juice
  5. Drink ginger water.
  6. Avoid alcohol and soda.
  7. Avoid oily foods.

Now number 4 and 5 I'll drink sparingly because I'm not a huge fan of those two, but I will have to try to drink it. For number 6 I don't drink alcohol, but I do drink soda. If you remember the post a few days ago that I made about the mountain dew, I think that's what caused this.

I drank half of the 2 liter the first day, then the other half yesterday. Every time I drank some my stomach felt a little upset, but I ignored it. Well now my stomach hurts so I definitely learned my lesson about drinking too much soda.

Yes, very good course of action. I also found that fresh carrot juice will help really fast!

you should look up the harm warm baths/showers do on our bodies... You reduce your metabolic rate and lower your immune system with warm showers...

ginger water is really good for this
