React-Slovenian translation

Hey, finaly back again and I am going to translate React into Slovenian language.

So React is a JavaScript library for building user interfaces and it seemed like it was a nice project to start with. I would recomend it to anybody that is new to building interfaces since it has a good tutorial and it's free.
