change the behavior of farmers through the improvement of knowledge, attitude, skills and motivation of the target farmers so that farmers are able to take decisions in running and developing their own farming business.
Through the role of extension workers, farmers are expected to be aware of their needs, improve their self-efficacy, and can play a better role in the community.
