Implementation

1. Work-in-Progress (WIP) Base Codes - this was the initial codes I submitted. It contained the codes to be able to run the project locally.
2. Make project deployable to heroku - as required by Terry, he wants the project to be deployable to heroku. This PR accomplished that by adding a Procfileand updating the codes to use the PORT environment variable (Heroku has it set to 80).
3. Added delete and new overseer functions; removed unnecessary files - this PR made it feel that I'm 80% complete. This also included a commit that removed all unnecessary files I initially included in the base codes.

Refactors

1. Updated readme and converted tags to csv - the initial codes displayed the tags as different input fields. This PR converted the tags input fields to a single CSV input field.
2. Adjusted font size to support display on mobile devices - an attempt to a better UI for mobile users.

Bug Fixes

1. Added env variable check and trim csv tags - fix for a bug wherein tags were not trimmed. Also included environment variable check to end the program when the required variables were not set.
2. Trim csv tags for register function - bug fix for tags not trimmed during overseer registration.
