Acting Regent of Bireuen, PGP Learning Result Harvest Festival Can Be an Inspiration for Educators

The Learning Result Harvest Festival of the 10th Generation of the Teacher Leader Program (PGP) and the Bireuen Education Exhibition from SMA and SMK in Bireuen Regency, Saturday (10/26/2024) at SMA Negeri 2 Bireuen took place lively and successfully.

Acting Regent of Bireuen, Jalaluddin, SH MM in his remarks said that this event was not only a place to exhibit learning outcomes. But also as a form of collaboration between teachers, students and the community.

"In this exhibition, we can see various innovations and creativity that have been produced by our educators and students, of course it will have a positive impact on the development of education in Bireuen," he said.

The Acting Regent hopes that this festival and exhibition can be a source of inspiration for all parties, especially educators, to continue to innovate in the learning process. Quality education is a shared responsibility, we must all play an active role in realizing it.

"I invite community elements to continue to support education programs in Bireuen. Let us together create a conducive environment for the growth and development of education in Bireuen Regency," he added.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Aceh Education Office (Kadisdik), Marthunis, ST, DEA on the sidelines of reviewing the festival and exhibition stands accompanied by the Acting Regent and Head of the Office Abdul Hamid, SPd MPd and related officials said that exhibitions like this are an event for the actualization of school communities, both students and teachers.

The purpose of the activity is to appreciate, recognize and actualize the interests of students so that they can be more motivated. "On the one hand, we can also see the potential possessed by students, so that later government programs can strengthen them to a better level," he said.

According to him, this activity is very positive in being able to make students more motivated. This harvest festival is held in each district. "We in Aceh Province also have plans to create a peak event, and later invite the best participants in the district/city, we provide students with the opportunity to participate and can inspire other students," he explained.

Head of Aceh Education and Culture Office, Marthunis also said that as the term, their driving teachers move and invite other teachers to move. "If that cycle occurs, our children will become great children and finally Aceh's human resources can become great human resources in the future," he said.

This activity is combined with three events, namely, the opening and art performances, harvesting the works of the 10th batch of driving teachers with 9 stands, and an education exhibition with 16 stands from all SMA SMK and SLB. "

This activity is purely an initiative of all principals, supervisors and driving teachers," he explained.
