Cartoon Minion Drawing With Prismacolor Pencils+Video Steo By Step By EdgarsArt

This is my by far the best cartoon character drawing ever. At leas i think so, looking at it from all sides. It was also on size A3, which is kind of hard to see looking at jsut a photo, but i also have a video done, so it might be easier to see, jsut by comparing the size of my hand next to the drawing.
This drawing i did with prismacolor pencils, and so far they are my favorite color pencils. They are very easy to blend, and i am blending the color to get that smooth effect with a white prismacolor pencil. Basically you are putting the first coat on with a pencil you want and then you are going on top of that with a white prismacolor pencil. The look changes almost 90 percent and then you get that realistic look and that smoothness which can not be achieved with all color pencils.
There are many ways how you can blend it, and you do not have to use white pencil to do that. There are many different options too, but for me it was easier to use a white pencil and the result was way better than i ever expected.
Actually i really enjoy drawing cartoons, maybe because i have worked more on realism for many many years and i want something different, because if you spend years on something, it gets kind if boring in a way if i could say that , and i wanted to try my skills and learn something new. I also thing that any artist no matter what and how good you are doing something, you should always try something new and it does not change the value of your main work, it is just adding new skills and new experiences.
