It gives me great joy when ever I have the opportunity to groom especially young people to have what to do by giving them leads/direction as touching economic security.

It was a day dedicated to support and encourage innovations in entrepreneurs under my Coaching.

This is a nursery for day old broilers which under my supervision was made for a small agro farm of 200 broiler birds. You can see the drinkers, feeders, and kerosene stove which will save as heat and illumination source in the absence of electricity.

This birds will be matured between the weeks of 8 to 12. The young man that owns the small farm will from there support his self in school and also feed instead of going on the street begging and involving in vices. It gives me excess joy when I see youths who are willing to be helped.

As I left the small farm, I visited my mentees who started barbeque business, roasting chicken suya on road side, to identify with them and encourage them (defeathering the chickens and butchering for them) to continue in hard work believing God for breakthroughs.

This shop was opened three months ago with only 10 bags of feed. I personally dedicated and opened the shop for business. I am grateful to God that investment in Mentoring as yielded fruit.
Today, as I went back to the shop, I saw over 80 bags of different brand of feed with drugs.

I encourage everyone on the steem blockchain to be involved in intentional Mentoring and Coaching. If we all do this, we will be sure of a world were peace and love will be harnessed.
