Teamwork vs. Individual Work (Which is better?)

Hello steemians friends how are you today I hope you are in good health? Today I will be sharing with you all base on the topic Teamwork vs. Individual Work (Which is better?) which is a contest organize by @shiftitamanna

This is a very controversial debate which alone on it's own you can clearly see the difference between the two, individual work simply refers to solo work which means that a person has to carry out a task on his or her own

Meanwhile teamwork which means the exact opposite and for that reason I would definitely prefer team work to solo work because of some of the reasons that I will explain below

As long as those two are concerned the difference between teamwork and individual work is quite clear and simple and just like I'd made mention of it earlier that individual work is a kind of work that involves one person

While teamwork is a kind of work that involves two or more persons in other for a job to be properly executed, team work involves and welcome new ideas from their team mates

Individual work to some people is fun and nice to execute because it gives room for focus and steadiness of the mind while teamwork on the other hand is more fun as compared to individual work because you have your team mates they to asked out some few things of were you are confused

And in this case team work has proven to be more progressive than individual work in a sense that like I'd mention earlier that it gives room for new ideas and intellectual contributions which enhance positive growth amongst team mates

Team work out weighs individual work in a sense that each members of the team has a collective responsibility of ensuring that a job given is being properly executed and in this case we say that a problem shared is a problem solved

And this is one of the main thing that team work uses to out run individual work because the ideas are shared and are collective in nature thus enhance rapid performance and some greater level of attainment.
