Mobypark applies the sharing economy model to car and motor cycling parking.
Users can benefit from the Mobypark service by reserving and pre-booking parking spots throughout the city, while paying a lower fee than the standard.
Through the 'offer my parking' service anyone can offer his or her own parking spot to the world. Parking spots can be anything, from indoor parking, to outdoor private street parking spots.

On what places or countries that this app works? I guess this is not available at our country. But this is awesome to earn another extra money out of it.
Currently the app works in the Netherlands and France. They aim to expand to numerous other countries. Recently they had to adjust their way of onboarding parking places from businesses (airports, hotels, car parking garages and so on), as well as restructure and re-finance their company. The expectation is that they are ready for larger international rollout soon.
This is such a smart idea. I think it basically requires an app to make it efficient. That way people can see all of the spots available and pay the owner without knocking on doors and making phone calls. That's really cool. Nice find
