The diary game : 04-02-22 : Preparing the Bacteriology Lab for the research work to kick start and taking pictures afterwards.

Hello, everyone,

It is an honor to present to you once again my daily activity for the 4th of February 2022.

As the new month has begun, it is pretty obvious that things are going to change. It is therefore important to make things as simple as possible in other to make life comfortable for yourself and the people around you.

As research assistants at the Navrongo Health Research Center, we are doing everything possible we can to raise the name of the institution high. Most National service personnel do not care about how their institutions are been ruled but others who are inquisitive also will want to know. It was through this that we the national service personnel at the Health Research Center heard about a project they will be starting soon in the enter. As laboratory personnel, we need to put things together and be ready for the work.

The project mainly is going to be bacteriology work therefore we moved to the bacteriology lab to arrange the plate for the work and also prepared the necessary solution and things we will need. We started all this in the morning around 9:30 AM. Because we were going to be dealing with bacteria, we had to make sure everything was good and accurate for proper usage in other to benefit both we the workers, and the user's as well.

As of 12:30 PM we were almost done with everything we had to do in the lab. Fortunately for us, our supervisor left because he had a call to attend to an emergency situation. We, therefore, took the opportunity of that to ensure that we make good use of that time to learn some things.

After we were almost done with everything, we decided to take some pictures for our memories that we can refer to later in our day-to-day activities. Together we snapped so many photos and we all then left for lunch together. Upon our return, we had to take care of some damage and unused samples in our lab.

The samples that needs to be autoclaved were done and those without it were discharged into the bin outside the lab. We despise our various homes for our daily work. But I spent some time behind trying to put things in other and ensuring that I can achieve my dreams. I then ended my day by passing by a supermarket on my way home to get a few items for the night and the weekend.
