WATCH VOCAL LESSON 4 PHRYGIAN MODE ON DTUBE

Today we will check the Phrygian mode, it has such an interesting sound. The Phrygian mode consists of: root, minor second, minor third, perfect fourth, perfect fifth, minor sixth, minor seventh, and octave

It will take a little while for getting used to this scale as it starts with a minor second and can be a bit weird at first.
Remember to focus on the sound, closing your eyes can help. You can pause the video as well if it goes too fast.

No one is looking at your it doesn't matter if you sound weird of out of tune. Just go with the flow . If you don't know anything about music theory or harmony, just focus on how the way the mode and the scale make you feel at first.
What country does it remind you of? what smell?what color?
