Taking on great responsibility triggers great power
"With great power, there comes a big responsibility". This very popular quote from the Spiderman film also has a point. Indeed, people who have greater 'power' will be given greater responsibility as well.
But I really see the opposite, that people who dare to choose to take on greater responsibility, then he will be given greater strength in any case. So it could be the courage to take responsibility arises, only after that strength in any form such as abundance of sustenance, knowledge, happiness, peace of life, etc. will be automatically presented.
The leaders in the company are people who dare to be responsible for the fate of their employees. School or university owners are people who dare to be responsible for the future in terms of the knowledge and life of the people there.

Teachers who are truly sincere in educating are people who have the courage to take spiritual responsibility for their students, so they are very careful to speak because what is called science is susceptible to abuse by students who fail to understand. And there are many more examples.
All of them are on average given more strength, both in the form of patience, calmness, happiness, endurance facing problems, being wiser, and what is most visible to the eye is the prosperity and abundance of his life.
Husbands and wives are given more sustenance when they start having children. Children are given more sustenance when they begin to dare to provide sustenance to their parents.
From the story of my teacher when I was studying at university, there were poor people, but dared to bear the lives of abandoned children and hunger found on the road. Finally his life got better.

They are people who have a "higher purpose", a goal that is not for themselves, but to benefit many people. A person who is extraordinarily sincere.
Again because people dare to take great responsibility, it will be given great strength, he will be spiritually strong followed by all material things.
So pay attention to each other's lives ...
If our lives are still not strong enough, maybe because we still don't dare to take on greater responsibility and still think too much about ourselves.
