Common Sense thumps Genius?
"Success is more a function of consistent common sense than it is of genius."- An Wang.
On the streets, there is a very common saying that, "common sense is not common at all," and truth be told, it is a common truth.
Sensible application of ideas, caution and approach to business makes sense, and it works and pushes success into the script faster.
Genius needs to be enabled with commons sense to make that ability a tool for progression.
Common sense allows an individual become a genius in his field because, he has the ability to learn and become better than he came.
What is Genius?
Genius means an "exceptional intellectual or creative power or other natural ability that an individual possess."
Often times, we hear someone being referred to being a genius but that doesn't mean they have it all figured out. Genius can become empty when it is just packed with ideas, good plans without execution.
Genius is inbuilt and can become invalid without an application of common sense.
Common Sense.
Common Sense means "sound practical judgment concerning everyday matters, or a basic ability to perceive, understand, and judge that is shared by nearly all people."- Source.
Sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell are the five common sense available to man.
When a man applies common sense to his business it means that, "he has a knack for seeing things as they are, with unreflective knowledge not reliant on specialized training while doing things as they ought to be done."
Genius primed with Common Sense draws profitability into any venture the individual sets out to do.
Be a genius who applies common sense to his affairs, or a common sense individual who becomes a genius in his field.
My thought?
Common sense thumps genius anyday because, genius is inbuilt and many fail to push themselves because they believe being a genius is all that matters.
But someone with Common Sense, can become a genius in his field when he applies himself, it just takes that quality common with a man with common sense to make things right.
