Your 'Seed' needs the right 'Soil' to thrive.
"The mind is the seed of creativity but the heart is the soil. That seed cannot grow without an open heart."- Shah Rukh Khan.

The mind = the Seed
The heart = the Soil
The seed meeting the right soil = a guaranteed farming season with abundance.
Both are designed for each other because, the seed meets the soil and then a bond is formed that enhances growth and subsequent productivity.
But... putting a seed into the soil doesn't mean it will do well, the soil has to be the right kind of soil before anything good can come out from that union.
Your mind cannot thrive in a place where negativity abounds and nothing grows in a bad soil. It is like planting your seed in a clay or sandy soil, it will never see the light of day.
Let's do some brief science.
I just got on a ride back to my primary school days some odds 3 decades + ago
There are three types of soil namely :
- Sandy soil, which is a soil sample that is said to contain sand particles in higher proportion than it should and it makes it hard for plants to thrive.

Arttower
- Clay soil which is soil type with 25% clay fraction and it is reddish brown in color and very good for molding and not good for planting as can be seen below.

Klimkin
- Loamy soil which is a soil type that contains both clay and sand particles in moderate proportion with organic matter and has the capacity to make planted seeds thrive.

These types of soil are unique in their own way and serves their various purposes. But for a soil type that will allow your corn seed or yam tuber germinate and then thrive, you need the loamy kind of soil and that should be how your heart is.
This kinda brings to mind the parable of the sower.
The Parable of the Sower (sometimes called the Parable of the Soils) is a parable of Jesus found in the three Synoptic Gospels in Matthew 13:1-23, Mark 4:1-20, and Luke 8:4-15. In the story, a sower sows seed and does so indiscriminately. Some fell on the right soil and some didn't.
Try making your seed find the right place to thrive. Creativity is given freely, what isn't given is the guarantee that it will be utilized well.
There are lots of sandy and clay-hearted individuals who cannot thrive because they do not have the ability to make their seeds germinate long enough to thrive.
Be a man with a heart that will encourage the growth of your seed and help you make sense of it all. Creativity without the right push or field will die before it even starts.
Don't you just love how life and the things we do absentmindedly have a major impact in how we truly are contributing to the universe or not?
