Pest-carrying insects for farmers

Insects that carry toxins in rice plants, and these insects are hard to be destroyed by farmers, and often these pests come to fit again the fruit of rice plants almost in the harvest

wow, what an insect. Do they help to do any other work or only destroys the rice plant? What i meant is for instance, there are some insects that helps to pollinate, they may be harmful sort of but they still help in pollination. Is this one like that too??
