My Actifit Report Card: August 18 2019

Hi my daily active actifiter,
After few enjoyed holidays I back to join my office today. And I will back on track with actifit tracker in regular life.
Woke up with the bright sun light at morning. Started enjoyable little morning jogging. After that very fast fresh walk way to bus stand for office. My office movement is icrideble. Lot of office movement also today. At evening walk to house from bus stand. Few moment passed with my cute daughter & my better half. Then start again jogging.
All activity is inspired by the @actifit & #actifit_tracker #sportscurator.
