Overnight Oats 2.0
I miss this no-cook meal so I made this into my husband's place. My husband has tried it already and he really likes it. However, I wasn't sure if my sister-in-law will like this because the oatmeal is uncooked. I still proceeded.
Honestly, this recipe is expensive because it has a lot of ingredients. Fortunately, I still had some honey, chia seeds, oatmeal, yogurt, and peanut butter left. I just bought milk, vanilla essence, and fruit which is banana. Strawberry would be perfect but we only have jam so I tried to add it in.
I made it on Thursday night and we ate it yesterday. Ideally, this should be serve for breakfast. But we don't want to eat cold food in the morning so we enjoyed this at lunch. Fortunately, my sister -in -law likes it. I concluded that it's legitimately delicious so I prepared another batch last night.
