A very healthy kitchen spice

Hello everyone, I want to share my interesting experience with traditional herbs that can increase immunity, cure fever, and refresh the body which often feels tired when you wake up. I have been practicing this traditional concoction myself recently, and even now I still regularly drink it before breakfast and before going to bed.

The story begins when my health condition worsened in the last 2 weeks, my health condition dropped drastically, with symptoms of high fever, headaches, dry cough, joint and spine pain, frequent nausea, and fatigue which distracted my daily activities and routines. As the head of the family, things like this will be effected to all my family members. I had to be on bed rest for 4 full days and couldn't go anywhere and couldn't do anything at all.

I am very anti-chemical medicine or drugs, since I was a kid, I have been familiar with traditional medicine, both for external medicine and for drinking (oral) medicine. My mother taught me a lot about traditional medicines and mixing (preparing) them.

Let's cut the cheese, now I'll show you the recipe and how to prepare the ingredients to make healthy herbal tea.

All kind of spices we have in our kitchen

Here are the ingredients:
1 tablespoon coriander
3 bay leaves
5 cm ginger
2 pcs star anise
3 cardamom
5 cm cinnamon
500 ml clean water

The way to prepare it is to clean all the ingredients, slice the ginger thinly so that the essence will mix better, and put them in a boiling container, then add 500 ml of clean water. Boil water over medium heat until the water becomes reddish like your normal tea.

This herbal tea is good to drink 30 minutes before breakfast and before going to bed. But it can also be enjoyed as tea when relaxing. If honey is available, you can add honey when the drink is cold. It is not recommended to mix honey with hot water, because it can damage the propolis essence content in honey. You can add a slice of lemon when you drink it if you like.

The benefits I got after drinking this herbal tea for a week were quite numerous. The fever disappeared, and my allergies also reduced even though the temperature was cold. The throat feels relieved and really feels light when breathing. My back and joint pain disappeared, I slept more soundly and what I noticed most was that when I woke up my body felt lighter and fresher than usual. I usually feel very tired when I wake up in the morning, instead, I feel refreshed and more energetic when I wake up.

Note: Pay attention if you suffer from allergies to the ingredients I mentioned above, please do not try them carelessly. I made this post based on personal experience, and I do not recommend it for sufferers of certain chronic diseases.

Cinnamon, anise and ginger taste good, we use it in our autumn, winter cookies and dishes. Bay leaves I frequently use as well.

I do not have fresh ginger, who knows if I can lay hands on it I give it a try. Without honey since I am allergic to it.

I think you can try it with ginger powder if that is pure ginger I think it will not be a problem. I am allergic to dust and cold, but it helps me a lot by drinking this herbal tea as well.
