I am @el-nailul as the Steemcoffeeshop Project Advisor would like to update the project implementation progress as of today.

Before updating the progress of the coffee shop construction, I would like to draw you brief information about the coffee shop

Steem Coffee Shop is a personal project to promote steem across communities in Aceh-Indonesia and all over the world with the aiming of getting profit while the steemit also get the advantage of spreading the promotion about the steemit platform to the people who are never heard about the steem blockchain at all. The steem coffee shop will encourage people to register an account and get involved in the platform when they get proper information about the steemit when they see the coffee shop powered by a steem blockchain. It is basically stimulus the curiosity of the people about steemit and steem blockchain.

Steem coffee shop will be located in Geudong Aceh-Indonesia for the first time and with possible expansion at an adequate time. This is a pilot project that we do our best to complete and spread the news to everyone to donate little found as part of crowdfunding. For the complete information, you can follow this link:

Implementation Update

Today, the implementation of the coffee shop has entered into the first stage as the starting of clearing and leveling the land.

Total expenditure up today is as below table:

The agreement with the first landlord has been made for 5 years. The other land located on the right side of the first one has also been negotiated to expand the land for more adequate space for coffee shop construction. When the agreement is reached the second space will be set up and ready to be used.

The budget requirement for the second stage is about the same amount as the first one; Rp 25,500,000 or equal to 300 SBD as the current market price.

Untuk pengguna bahasa Indonesia saya ingin menjelaskan sedikit tentang steemcoffeeshop. Steem coffee shop adalah proyek pribadi milik Arie.steem yang bertujuan untuk menjadi sarana #promosteem secara langsung di kalangan masyarakat. Diharapkan nantinya coffee shop ini bisa menggunakan steem/sbd sebagai metode pembayaran (bukan sebagai pangganti mata uang resmi republik Indonesia). Penggunaan steem dan SBD adalah sebagai ajang mempromosikan steem di kalangan publik dan ini adalah alternatif pembayaran bagi steemian yang bersedia melakukannya. Hal ini akan dilaksanakan dengan penuh pertimbangan dan management yang akan diatur setelah coffee shop ini berdiri.
