Thank you very much for the support that has been given to steem.amal, It is a great achievement of the steem.amal with its steem promotion activities.

I am truly sorry for the late of many of reporting this week, I could not catch up with the activities since I need to prepare the tender document. As the tender committee coordinator, I need to review and check all the requisition and bidding tender documents to meet the requirement. Once again I am so sorry for this delay.

August 5th, 2021 is the most remarkable day for steem.amal. The day of massive and systematic steem promotion in Lhokseumawe with direct activities was the first action openly held in the downtown of Lhokseumawe city.

The preparation has been done long before and the last preparation meeting is on August, 4th with the person in charge in Lhokseumawe, Station Kupi Premium:

The final preparation stage meeting in Lhokseumawe about 15 hours before the event, @sisol, @ayijufridar, @curiesea, and myself, conducting evaluation meeting in the coffee shop

On Thursday, August 5th, 2021. The mask distribution of total 1285 masks took place in the central of the most strategic intersection in Lhokseumawe. @radjasalman as Lhokseumwe coordinator delegated the main responsibility to @sisol to control the mask distribution. He was supported by the steemians and other board members of steem.amal, program advisors of steem.amal also took part in the activity and directly handed over the mask to the head of the Police Sector of Banda Sakti Lhokseumwe.

It is the first time the steem.amal collaborate with the official agencies to take part in the steem.amal activities. In that event, the police department, National Indonesian Military as the official COVID-19 task force together with steem.amal board members and volunteers distribute the steem.amal masks directly to the people on the street. The people were very enthusiastic to get the mask from our hands. It is shown in the picture below.

Evaluation:

The result of the mask distribution in Lhokseumawe is fantastically resulting in positive benefit for the steemit platform, some of the highlights are as below:

• The mask distribution is effectively promoted steem and steem amal in particular to the community in Lhokseumwe and around the town

• The enthusiasm of the government is a good sign of the acceptance of the steemit in the community, more new people asked to register the new account and are willing to support steem.amal

• Steem.amal movement has now well known among the community in Lhokseumawe

Expenses

The total expenditure for the mask distribution is IDR 480,000 (4.8 SBD). All the expenditure was taken from the steem amal board member collected budget. As I have informed previously, all steem.amal board members are subject to collect the fee to support the steem.amal. A complete report will be published along with Housing Project Final Report.
