STEEM AMAL OFFICIAL REPORT: EMERGENCY RESPON FOR FIRE INCIDENT IN LHOKSEUMAWE

As the assessment report which has been conducted by Lhokseumawe Volunteers led by @radjasalman concluded that the emergency response is better to focus on cash assistance because the other emergency aid kits have been delivered by others agencies and government institution.

Base on the survey, steem.amal has prepared the response and ready to support the 20 affected families with cash assistance. The incident was occurred on November 27th, at 10 PM, in Lhokseumawe City center, it caused total lost and major damage to the house.

There are 20 families as informed officially by the head of village while Radjasalman and team conducted survey to the site. Those 20 are as listed below:

The total 20 million or about 200 SBD was allocated to support the emergency response in Lhokseumwe for recovery of the fire affected families. We expected that with the steem.amal support they can re-establish their new life. We realize that it is far then enaough, but at least they can start with small business as the temporary basic life solution.

Radjasalman on behalf of the steem.amal has handedover the cash assistance on 2nd December 2021 directly to the head of village as the representative of the affected families as the picture below:

As you can see in the pictures below, there is nothing left out of the fire, and it is hard for everyone to start it over again. I can imagine what they have lost in the accidents that all from their hard work for years.

Another result of the steem.amal emergency response is they got more curious about the steem and it platform. They barely able to believe that the platform is able to gather that much support and organize quick response with efficiency. They thank all of us for this emergency support.

WE ARE ENGCOURAGING INDONESIAN VOLUNTEERS ESPECIALLY WHO ARE LIVING IN EAST JAVA PROVINCE. TOTAL INITIAL BUDGET IS ABOUT IDR 140,000,000 TO SERVE ABOUT 750-1000 REFUGEE FOR 10 DAYS. THE BUDGET AND TECHNICAL PLAN IS UNDER DEVELOPING
