[Lo-fi throwback] I became a wizard a couple of months ago (Track remake).
It's very late here where I'm living, so I wanted to share this real quick with you. I reworked some parts of an old track of mine 'There's a wizard in the living room' (That I uploaded on august). It's mostly a new mix and some automatization fixes, and an overhaul on the hi-hats and the overall groove of the track. I've started studying on mastering and making in-depth research about it, and at the same time, putting in practice the things I learn on the go; I know I make lo-fi and it is supossed to sound old and muddy but I think the mix has to sound smooth and good so, yeah.
Also, I want to share with you one of the comps that I was featured in. A local producer in my area assembled this and I was honored to participate on the project
I hope you guys enjoy this new version of the track. I'm really working on making better mixes and master my tracks properly so the feedback would be nice. Also, will be doing a deep revision of my beat-tape to increase the quality of the final product, I want to deliver a nice final version so, it's still a work in progress.
