You know I am not much of a fan of these kinds of characters. But must say if they were all done this well and cute I'd become a fan! This work is excellent. I think I like it much more than I am able to express it written.

This is simply incredible @elenasteem. Not only did you do an excellent job of recreating one of my favorite Pokemon, but you perfectly captured every detail, right down to its flame tail and even the leaf umbrella!
