Jujube Lotus Tremella Sweet Soup (Original) 红枣莲子银耳羹
Tremella soup is a traditional Chinese food, jujube with qi and nourishing the nerves of the role, improve immunity and whitening effect, in our southern region, do it very easily, need to use the ingredients: Chinese wolfberry, lotus, seeds, red dates, Tremella, crystal sugar / old brown sugar (I use the Guizhou Sugar produced in China, even sweet than rock sugar)
The dry white fungus soaked with warm water for 3 hours
Pot put the right amount of water, a sugar, Chinese wolfberry lotus seeds red dates Tremella, with pressure nest for 50 minutes, turn the small fire to continue 1.5 hours
Cooked white fungus will be very sticky, better refrigerated in the summer refrigerator, but in the winter, a bowl of hot white fungus soup is still very delicious

自己做很容易,需要用到的食材:枸杞 莲子 红枣 银耳 冰糖/老红糖(我用的是中国贵州产的甘庶糖,比冰糖还要甜)
- 将干银耳用温水浸泡3小时
- 锅中放适量水,一块甘庶糖,枸杞 莲子 红枣 银耳,用压力窝煮50分钟,转中小火继续一个半小时
煮好的银耳会很粘稠,在夏季冰箱冷藏更好吃,但在冬天,一碗热的银耳羹还是很美味
