Afang, water leaf,salt, pepper, Maggi,red oil,bonga fish, stock fish and periwinkle.
Afang soup is a well known soup in Nigeria, it's a very delicious delicacy,all most every one enjoy this soup and I as well really love the soup, here is how we prepare the soup.
steps To Follow
Wash ur Afang and
water leaf very well.
And cut your periwinkles
so that you can suck it out, and then wash it severally in order to avoid sand.
Pond your crayfish and pepper, keep everything you will need in place.slice your waterleaf and afang leaf
Put ur pot on fire,pour in your seasoned meat, stock fish and bonga fish then allow the pot to boil for few seconds,you can then put your Maggi,salt,red oil and then ur slice water leaf.
Make sure you pound your Afang leaf
very well, and get it ready.
Allow your pot to boil very well then you put in the Afang.make sure u put the Afang leave last, allow the soup to boil very well and then bring it down from fire and your delicious afang soup is ready
