How To Prepare Editan Soup
Ingredients Combination
Maggi, salt, pepper, crayfish, periwinkle,red oil.
Steps To Follow
Chop your water leaf and Editan leaf very well, season your meat and dry fish,cut your periwinkle and
wash it, make sure everything are in place.
Put your pot on fire pour in your meat allow it to boil fo
r few minutes, you pour in your waterleaf then allow it boils for few seconds before putting maggi,salt, crayfish and red oil and cover the pot.
After few minutes you put the periwinkle which was probably washed, and allow it to boil very well before turning the soup,test the soup to make sure that all the ingredients are okay, do not put your Editan from the start,
Editan leaf is naturally bitter but after slicing it you can wash it with hot water to remove the bitterness you can as well use salt to rub it very well.
Put the Editan leaf last
to still maintain the freshness and the green color after putting the leaf you turn the soup
.test your soup ones more time to know if everything is okay
And finally your delicious Editan soup is ready
