Keep your mind of a person favored by God
Surely, you have heard people say: "If you are lucky, everything works out well for you".
Do not be a Christian who leads life as a product of chance. Do not let yourself be carried away by luck, keep a convinced mind, that you are a person under the favor and grace of God. Chance has nothing to do with your destiny, God has made important and interesting plans for you, which make you a person favored by God. God's favor on you, make you lead a life from victory to victory. The world may be in chaos or in crisis of values, which make humanity to be lost in the terror of sin, however, God's favor on your life, makes you make a difference and makes you look different to the world. Remember, when God wanted to destroy the world in the days of Noah, God stopped, because one person had found grace and favor in his eyes, and this was precisely Noah. God's favor on Noah made him change his plans and bring good upon Noah and his family. God destroyed the rest of mankind, but God's favor rested on Noah.
No matter the chaos that may surround you, what matters is that you have the mind of a favored person like Noah and this will cause God to transform all things for your good. The psalmist David said:
Surely your goodness and your unfailing love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Psalm 23:6"

Remember, chance is not part of the Christian life. The psalmist says that God's goodness and love will follow us all the days of our lives. Today God's favor is upon you, so many people will be surprised that something they said they deserved, you are the one who is receiving it. God's favor causes others to be surprised, because they think they deserve something more than we do, but, people favored by God, receive what God has determined for them. In Abraham's day there were many people, who surely, wanted to have God as a friend, however, God's favor was upon Abraham, and God said of Abraham, that he was his friend.
If God's favor is upon you, no matter what others say or speak, you are the favored person and it is to you that God will send today's good and mercy. You may be last in a long line at a supermarket to pay for a product, if at that moment, they open another checkout and call you who was last, do not say that it was by chance, but that God's grace and favor rests on you, that make you different from someone else. Enjoy God's grace over your life and determine to always think like the people God favors.
Remember Mary, the mother of Jesus, certainly, there were many virgins in her day, but the angel told her that she had been favored by God to bear in her womb the savior of the world, Jesus.
Mary was not to blame for God's favor being placed upon her and doing good for her life and the world. God simply works in this way, to favor those He wants to favor, period. It is something personal to God, which is His alone. We do not deserve God's favor, but God looks for people to favor, so, if God chooses you or me, let us simply thank God for this gesture of kindness and love.

I think you also remember the man who, being a king in Israel, committed adultery and then planned a murder. Indeed, I am referring to King David, but, David repented of his sin and God forgave him so heartily that he cast his wickedness into the depths of the sea, never again to remember David's sins. As time went by, David began to walk before God in holiness and righteousness, so that God was pleased with David and favored him, to the point that God said that David's heart was like his own. This is something very surprising, but it is a reality. David was criticized in a great way and there are those who still criticize him today, but, if God placed his favor on David, it does not matter the criticism, but the inexhaustible love of God on the person. We have to walk with our heads held high as children of God and as Christians full of God's favor. No matter what the world points out to us, what is really valuable is that God has filled us with grace and favor. Keep from now on, your mind as a person favored by God.
