Cafe Goodluck-Pune

Cafe Goodluck is one place I regret not going sooner. Situated at the main road of FC road, this cafe always seemed to full. I have read and heard a lot about Cafe Goodluck but I always believed the food that is hyped a lot will turn out bad. But, it was not true in this case, not at all.
Cafe Good Luck is one of the oldest Iranian establishments in Pune. Even this place itself is known as "Goodluck Chowk". They are famed for their Bun Maska and Iranian Tea. And I visited this place on one of my last days in Pune, just to check what it is about this place.
We tried a cheese sandwich and Iranian tea. Well, what can be so different about a cheese sandwich ?! But, it was different. It was all about the thin and creamy cheese they had in the sandwich. And it was so yum!
That is when I understood why Bun maska from this place is so good. It’s all about their butter and cheese. So, if you’re here, do check out this place. Try something with cheese or butter in it and cherish it in your memory forever! Other than that, there are many food options available here.
About the Iranian Tea. Well, Iranian Tea for me tasted like a very normal black tea. I didn’t find anything special about it, maybe I am so used to having black teat back home. But it was a nice combination.
Overall, I would suggest Cafe Good luck to anyone visiting Pune. Try to be there in an early hour though, because this place gets seriously crowded.

I love grilled cheese sandwiches so that lunch looks delicious. Though I don't know if I would be full with just a sandwich and a glass of tea. What other kind of food did they have there? And what were the prices like? If you say it is very established and well known, it might be higher priced that usual.
Oh no, my only aim was to try that from there, bun maska actually but then I went for cheese sandwich. It was my last week in Pune and I had this list of places where I really wanted to try food from. For breakfast and lunch there are many other options available. From soups, biriyani, a whole lot of different curries, rices and breads. They have few pudding options as desserts too. And the price, it's not that high and for the quanityand quality they serve it's a good deal. I really wish I went there early on when I was in Pune.
Thank you so much for sharing this with us! it looks so good
