It's been some time since I published something on Steemit, and why?

Because over the last 3 months I've been working in a company that took up 80% of my time. Company whose job had nothing to do with my training area.

AND WHY DID I WORK IN AN AREA COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM MINE?

As you know more and more it is difficult to get a job, much less in our area!

I was unemployed and receiving unemployment benefit, which helped me a lot to become more and more sloppy with the job search, I was fine!
I had a little money at the end of the month that I could pay for the course I'm still taking, I had plenty of time to do a few posts on Steemit and I had enough money to change my way of life, but instead I spent most of it drinking and smoking with my “buddies”!

And there is a big factor in the middle of it all, which is Time! And Time goes fast!

When I found out, the unemployment benefit is over!

And now?
I was already asking for universe some adventure for my life, I needed adventure! I needed a job, whatever it was! I needed to get out of that sedentary environment!

Meanwhile a friend came to me saying there was a person from the neighborhood that the company where he works needed employees!

It was a waterproofing company and they can hardly find people to work on! I always said to myself:

I AM A WARRIOR!

Let’s go!

And I went! 3 days just to see how work was like, if I liked it I would stay and sign a contract, if I didn't, I'd say goodbye and nothing happened.

I can say that right on the first day my reaction was:

But as I am a Warrior, I needed adventure and money I accepted the challenge and signed a 3 month contract!

And why would it be difficult for that company to find workers?

Because that kind of work is not for everyone!

Most of the work I did was on rooftops. There are several types of products for waterproofing but the most used in that company is the waterproof membrane! That comes in rolls with 1 meter wide and 10 meters long, weighing approximately 40Kg.
To apply this membrane you need a propane gas bottle and a torch to handle that pressure.

At that work we spend most of our time on rooftops! Roofs of houses, roofs of buildings (high as hell!) Often walked on holy shit scaffoldings!
You catch with the temperature of the sun (lately very hot) and you catch with the heat of the flame that comes out of the torch! I even burned the hair on my arms many times! (That kind of " depilation" is normal in that job!) ^^

And I also got a typical bricklayer tan!

Now seeing the good and positive side of this adventure!

despite the schedules being different, these schedules helped in my alimentation (I've always been very thin, always weighing around 50kg), and the physical effort I made in carrying those waterproof membrane rolls and gas bottles helped me gain weight and muscle mass (Not much but I was happy with the result).

I met new cities, new roads and some beaches!

I learned to appreciate the opportunities I have around me and I lost the "fear" of coming out of the hole.

So from now on I will continue to be the EM3Di - GRAPHIC DESIGNER and I will continue as a freelancer and fight! Looking for a job in my area.
