Dear friends!
In daily life, we meet people who dream and look for what they crave every day. It is also common to maintain a life of "dreams and longings" for ourselves.
But what really makes us complete is not only to realize our own desires and imaginations, but also to support the fulfillment of the dreams of those around us.
When we study the Word of God and let it change us, we open up for growth and advancement in our lives. Then, things that previously discouraged us, today are already past stages.
As a friend says: "the past, stepped on", in relation to the evil that one day makes you fail.
Knowledge comes, but we can not simply remain in the position of receivers because the people around us today need our help to receive the same light of the Word and especially our impulse.
This impulse must go beyond a simple "I believe in you" or "I feel happy about your growth".

The word "unity" means: push; to stimulate; give incentive; promote . When we looked at the primitive age of the Church, we saw that Timothy was an excellent servant of the Kingdom. But what is more impressive is that it did not start alone, in fact, it was driven, trained, stimulated. Paul trained and promoted Timothy to do the work and spread the gospel.
And what have we done today with our "Timoteos"? Have we done "Timoteos"? Do we stimulate and encourage someone?
In some way, God wants to teach us the habit of boosting others.
Matthew 28: 19A says "Go and make disciples of all nations ...". Therefore, it is no longer an invitation. The Lord does not say "Would you like to make disciples?" Do not! He sends us, this is our call, a commandment! Promote, promote, make disciples and encourage them.
We must train people to be better than ourselves. Drive disciples to advance and fly higher.
The quality of a leader is not measured when he is involved in the group, but when he is absent. Maxwell
The greatest example of reinforcement is Jesus, who taught at all times, exhorted and believed in the people around him.
He encouraged his disciples at all times in the true Gospel, and never doubted in their hearts that they would not be able. (Mark 1: 16-20) After all, He knew they could move forward because He would also help them!
Promoting Christian education in different social sectors, making disciples and encouraging someone to achieve their dreams is characteristic of the children of God. I am the fruit of that attitude. Plant this seed and bear fruit.

There are many individual differences regarding what motivates each person and the strength of their motives. There are also few who want to encourage others for selfish reasons. Jesus exampled true friendship model as He was all out to give-up His due, sacrifice His reputation to help us reconciled back to God. He commanded us to love our neighbour as ourselves. This implies reconciling them back to God. It should be a daily commission, seeking to reconcile a soul back to God and being a blessing to everyone who come our way. Remember, everywhere Jesus went, He was doing good. He is our model and we'll just have to live like Him.

Brother Every day he leaves me no doubt of his gifts as a Crsitian leader and of the vast and extensive wisdom he has. Being a good example and creating disciples everywhere is a duty of all knowers of the truth, but the impulse and motivation for them is essential, because there is nothing more pleasing than being recognized by their teacher or mentor.
