He felt punished by God and expelled from the people. Would Jesus also expel him?

Dear Community! Dear friends!

A leper came to Jesus and asked for help; He knelt in front of him and said: If you want, you can clean me up.

Jesus felt sorry for him; He extended his hand, touched it and said: I want it, Be Clean!

At the same moment leprosy disappeared, and man was pure.

Jesus sent him away and sharpened him:

Beware! Do not tell anyone, but go, show yourself to the priest and carry the sacrifice of purification, which Moses ordered. That should be proof of my respect of the law for them.

But the man left, and told at all times what had happened; He spread the whole story so that Jesus could no longer be shown in any city; I was just out of the cities in lonely places. However, people came to him from everywhere.

Jesus felt sorry for him. (Mark 1: 41-45)

The leper was not sure how Jesus was with him. He felt punished by God and expelled from the people. Would Jesus also expel him? If Jesus is God, and if it were true that God rejects him, that God punishes him, would Jesus also reject him? Hence the cautious question: "If you want ..."But Jesus answers unequivocally: "I want it!" Jesus is on your side. He does not reject it, does not break it.

Jesus also ensures that he is reintegrated into society. He says: "Go, show yourself to the priest," This Jesus brings the patient a triple healing that heals him physically, but heals his relationship with God (God is not against him); He cures his relationship with other human beings so he reintegrates the community, which is exactly the cure we all need, a holistic healing.

Sin and the consequences of sin disturb our interpersonal relationships.

Many people have fears as a result of previous injuries and have difficulty living relationships with others. That makes her feel lonely and sick. For these people, healing means not only healing the body, but also the soul and, above all, healing relationships with people. Being integrated into a community is vital for everyone. Otherwise, our soul is sick, and so is our body.

We are going to be infected by the compassion of Jesus today!

Let's make sure that people are integrated into the community! For many people that would be the solution to their problems, then they would not need any psychological treatment. But we also help lonely people trust their peers again! That is not easy, and there will be many disappointments along the way. But if we really feel sorry for people, then we will stay on the ball and not leave them despite disappointments and be grateful for that.

In this beautiful story of the past centuries, our Lord Jesus Christ reveals his good will to us! If he wants to heal, he wants to free us, he wants to bless us. You just have to come to Him with Faith.

Thanks friend @emiliocabrera for such a beautiful post I have no words for everything you want to show us in, a thousand blessings for you and your family. It is true the goodness and greatness of our God is unimaginable, because, when you think you have nothing, that your pain and suffering is unbearable and nothing can take away just by putting ourselves in their hands and will be enough to heal, satiate and calm us . everything is in his hands and he gives us at the right time, and things come out when he indicates it, that's why there is a popular saying that says: The things we ask, want or need are given not when we want but when God decides that must be. Or also, we propose and God disposes.

Thank you, Maria! Emanuel = God with us. All in due time.

The pain that this leper felt must have been very strong when he was excluded by all! He thought that with Jesus it would be the same but he was wrong and was found by the love of God.

Our God is a God of inclusion dear Lorennys!
