Dear Diary

Monday is a busy an important day to all. However, today was a sweet, remarkable and a special day for me. I made up my mine to join the Stay Fit Club and start my journey towards a healthier lifestyle and wellbeing through excersice. I woke up very early today around 6:00 am feeling so cold and a mix of excitement. I knew that exercising regularly would help me fight sickness, improve my blood circulation, and bring many other benefits to my body.So my steady grind journey will begin today.

That morning after some certain activities at home I got dress and i took my sport shoes then headoff to meet @kidi40 and @alli001, so that I can work with them to the training center since it's my first day. Later on, me @kidi40 and @alli001,all arrived at the club, I was greeted by a lot of friendly faces.

The coach @ngoenyi, gave us a brief details of the day’s activities. She details the importance of warming up before starting any exercise to prevent injuries and prepare our bodies for the workout. Before I resume I had to register my name and made some payment which I did successfully.

We started the training program with some light stretching exercises. @ngoenyi guided us through each stretch we made, explaining how it will helps to loosen our muscles and improve flexibility. I could feel my body vibrating, shaking and waking up from weakness, and getting ready for the more intense exercises ahead.

Later on, we moved on to a series of cardio exercises. We started with a little walk around the track, gradually we keep increasing our pace to a light jogging. @ngoenyi encouraged us to maintain a steady moves and focus on our breathing. The morning fresh aiir filled my body with energy complete that particular cardio workout.

After the jog, we did some jumping jacks and high knees. These exercises got my heart pumping so fast and it made me break a lots of sweat. It was tough, and hard at first, but I reminded myself of the health benefits of cardio exercises, such as improving heart health and boosting the immune system fast.

We then move on to strength training. We did some simple exercises using dumbbells. We did squats, and lunges. Each exercise targeted our different muscle groups, helping to build our strength and tone our bodies. I found the push-ups particularly tough, but I pushed through, I did 30 rep of it. knowingly that with time and practice, I would get stronger and increasing to more rep of it.

At this point we were so tired and we all had to cool down, which we did some gentle stretching and deep breathing exercises. This helped to relax our muscles and bring our heart rates back to normal. Our coach madam@ngoenyi explain to us that cooling down is just as important as warming up, as it aids in recovery and reduces muscle soreness.

As the training session came to an end, I was was happy and glad ,I felt a sense of accomplishment. I had pushed myself out to the end of the training and I have completed my first day on the training.

The camara man @alli001 and the support from the other club members made the experience even more enjoyable for me.However,when Looking back on my day today althorough, I have realized how important it is to take care of our bodies through excersicing. Excersicing is not just about building our physical strength,power and stamina or fitness but it also a positive impact on building our mental strength and emotional well-being. I felt happier, more relax and ready to take on the day with a positive mindset and power.

I am so happy and very excited to continue this journey and see the results and changes in my body and mind,thoe I know it may take time before seeing the result. But it worth to excersice our body for healthy living. I look forward to the upcoming training sessions. And I know there will be challenges along the way, but I have made up my mind to stay committed and make exercise a regular part of my life. I guest @bossj23 woke up late that's why he couldn't Jon us.😁

It was nice seeing you around dear steemian friend. We can only steemfit when we stayfit, and remember, consistency is what will make you achieve your fitness goals. The journey come along with pains and excitement, you should by happy during those moments because there's no gain without pain. Stayfit and stay safe brother.
