The diary game||09/04/2025|| Going to field service and Attending our Christian meeting

Dear diary

My day started so well and perfect. I woke up feeling very happy , why!?, because it was the day of our midweek Christian meeting. I got dressed and made sure I had everything I needed althorough the day. After that, we left for the kingdom hall. The drive was going smoothly and I enjoyed looking at the trees and buildings on our way.

When we arrived at the kingdom,I saw my friends including our Christian brothers and sisters. We ate some food we brought that morning to restore the energy we needed.

It felt good to be with others who share the same faith and worship the only true God , Jehovah. The meeting was encouraging. We sang,prayed, read Bible verses, and listened to lessons that gave me strength. I felt peaceful and happy there.

After the meeting, we went to field service to share the gospel to others by preaching. It was then noon and It was time to eat our lunch! We had rice and stew, and the smell filled the air. I was excited to eat because I was hungry. The food tasted great—warm, rich, and satisfying. After eating, I had a cold malt drink. It was sweet and refreshing. I sat for a while, just enjoying the moment and the cold breeze shaking on us.

Later, I left to one of my Christian brothers House. While my family members left to see a friend too. Everything was fine until it was getting to dawn something unexpected happened. We went back to the Kingdom Hall to pick the car and drive back home, but the car broke down. It was frustrating, but we had to stay calm. All the best was made for the car to start ,but no it kept insisting. So We later found a nearby mechanic, which we call for his help and he started working on the car. While we waited, the evening weather was comfortable with the cold breeze and time felt slow. I hope and prayed for the car to be fixed really quickly.

Finally, the mechanic finished the repairs. We were relieved. The delay had made the journey longer, but we were thankful the car was working again. Since my aunty was in the car too he insisted of us coming to her house. We accepted and arriving there she served us with afang soup and garri.

It was the best for the moment because for me hunger has already about to won a battle with me. But no I finally win, because I ate to my satisfaction. After sometimes well spent at my aunt side. After that we later reached home safely. I took my bath, had some sleep rest , waking up I joined the family in dinner. That were my day end with a sound sleep.

Looking back, today was a mix of good and bad moments. The meeting was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the car breaking down was annoying. But in the end, everything worked out. Life is full of surprises, and every experience teaches something.
