My Actifit Report Card: May 17 2020
Today has been quite stressful. Infact. I'm so exhausted that my head is pounding and my heart aches a little from the exhaustion.
I've not had a good sleep for a while now, and today running some chores and trekking a lot has compounded the stress.
I thought I would cross my highest actifit score initially but I had to take a break so that I won't break down.
This is my report for today
