The fish's buyer Adar Mia said that he saw this fish first in his life. So, he bought it for the pond in the house.

Sajal Dev, director of Srimangal Wildlife Service Foundation, said that it is not a domestic fish. This is a foreign-born marine fish. The name of the fish is called sakara. Fishes of this species are more commonly seen in aquarium shops or home-made show pitch. They usually live on eating chevla and insects. However, this fish is not suitable for cultivation or eating pond.
