Managing a Steemit community is all about creating a positive environment where people feel comfortable engaging with others and sharing their thoughts, which requires a slightly different approach than managing other types of social media community. To be successful, you need to be helpful and approachable, while also setting clear expectations and limit for the community.

The key to success on Steemit is Engagement. This is because the platform rewards users for the activity, so therefore it is important to be active and engaging with fellow members of the community. So as a medium to air our opinions on the "Management Of The Steem4nigeria Community ", here are my thoughts in response to the questions asked to guide this article.

How well do you know about the community @steem4nigeria?

The Steem4nigeria Community is a group mainly of Nigeria steemians who are passionate about promoting the use of the Steem Blockchain/Platform in Nigeria. I can say that I know the community very well, right from my early stay in the platform. The community was founded by a group of Nigerians who had the aim of connecting Nigerians on Steemit on a base where they can express their thoughts. The community is solely not for Nigerians alone but open to all steemians from other parts of the world

How did you get to know the community?

I got to know about the @Steem4nigeria Community when my mentor gave me links of contest to participate in during my period of being a newcomer. I got to read things I need to know about the community, how it works and the rules and regulations guiding the conduct of it members. As well, I got labelled as a verified member of the community (a Nigerian).

What do you know the community for?

What I know about the Steem4nigeria Community are;

• Uniting all Nigeria steemians on the Steem Blockchain..
• The Community is a place where Nigeria Steemians get to pour out their Hearts concerning their convenience and inconvenience..
• I know the community for it vibrant members who are always engaging with each others on the platform, not just from the Steem4nigeria Community but from other communities..
• And finally, I know the Community for it interesting contests brought by the community moderator to encourage member participate and activeness.

Yes! Actually, the managements of the Steem4nigeria Community are doing a great job in driving the community to an excellent position in this space. The moderators have been doing their jobs well, to access members contents to check out if they've been adhering to the rules of the platform and the community as well.

The Steem4nigeria is currently doing well. I don't have any recommendations, suggestions, or ideas to give. Like the content hint were given, here are my view on the strengths of the community and how it can be consolidated.

• The Review Of Member and their Contents: The moderators in the community are doing their job perfectly by reviewing the post and verifying the members. Users who break the rules are reprimanded for that... To consolidate this, more moderators I guess needs to recruited so as to split the work because the number of contents received in this community on weekly basis is massive especially during seasons of the Steemit Engagement Challenge.

• Support: The community has been able to support members with a good amount of vote from the community account with steem powers gotten from delegations and the ones earned. Booming votes are also given to users to meet the criteria of earning one. I don't have anything to say here on how to consolidate this on the aspect of support

The best way I think I can show my appreciation and support to the Steem4Nigeria community and her management for the good works done, is to be active and engage with the community. I can do this by simply creating contents on a regular basis, commenting on other users post and even upvote their posts with the little voting power I have to motivate them and keep up the good work.

By doing all these things, I am showing my appreciation for the community and giving out my help to grow it. I hope it sounds good!
