ALL THAT GLITTERS ARE NOT GOLD

There lived a maiden in a town called durojaiye, she has a lover who take very good care of her with his hunting job, they love each other and do things together and get envied by other youths in the village.
On a fateful day, a man came from the city with all kinds of flashy things and decided to share among the people of durojaiye. On getting there, he met Adeola(the maiden) on her way to the stream and asked for the way to the palace, Adeola described the way down to the palace, the man gave her some money and the gift he had brought to share to show his appreciation. Adeola went back home with the gifts and decided to see the man in the evening. She located the house given to the guest, she always visit the man each day and no longer spend time with her lover, her friends noticed what was happening,they called and warned her about her closeness with the stranger but all she could say as her reply was that her friends were being jealous because the man doesn't talk to them.
After some months, the man decided to go back to the city with Adeola, she was really excited and told her friends about it, they adviced her not to leave her lover for a stranger but she refused and said she needs someone who could spend much on her than Adamu(lover).her friends were left with no option than to allow her satisfy herself. Adeola and the man left durojaiye very early in the morning, she got pregnant after staying with the man for years without knowing the nature of his job.
One faithful day, the man was caught and arrested as a drug addict, they seized all he has and locked up his house without giving Adeola the opportunity to take anything for the unborn child, she wept bitterly and was left alone on the street, after she had nothing to eat for days, she decided to go back to durojaiye and apologize to the man she abandoned because of money. On getting there, she was full of shame as her friends make jest of her, she decided to go straight to adamu house without listening to her friends, when she got to adamu house, she met adamu and his wife at home, adamu asked who she was looking for, and she knelt down and explained how her husband was arrested and begged to be the second wife, but adamu laughed and said that's impossible because he and his wife will be travelling tomorrow, he also admitted that ALL THAT GLITTERS ARE NOT GOLD.
