One From the Heart

I am a Christian. Not the strongest one in the World, but faith is very important to me.

As such a good number of my beliefs and influences come from the Bible. Good and evil is pretty well defined and by all biblical and human standards someone close to my heart should have passed the evaluation.

Recently, he came down with a stroke. Partial one according to the doctors but hes left side is paralyzed. Good news is the medical team have done well in trying to prevent another stroke, which is as far as the good news goes.

Sickness Kinda puts things into perspective. Watching him lie down unable to get up (and so suddenly at that) makes me wonder why God let's certain things happen.

My frequent visits to the hospital during the thick of things made me come across some other cases that just seems to have no justification for their suffering.

No one deserves to suffer in such a manner that you're completely helpless and dependent on others.

Yes my mind is telling me to count my blessings and state that at least he has a loving family helping him go through this, but why did it happen in the first place? Why him? He has one of the kindest hearts I know.

Don't mistake my writings from some kind of distress call, I'm not pained (the time has passed). I couldn't get any inspiration to write tonight so I decided I'll share some of my more personal thoughts.

I'll likely never get answers till I die, but I'll keep asking cause I intend to carry them all the way to the afterlife.
