Hello dear Steemians 🤗 Good Morning from Bangladesh. I am back again with another Discussion. Today I am going to discuss about Whom would you refer? Your reputation depends on the people you refer.

Working on Steemit requires the cooperation of a person because this platform has many rules and regulations. The day I joined here through a man he taught me the basics. Then gradually I was able to put myself in a better position by gathering information. Now the thing is if I get involved in spamming or plagiarism then the person who referred me would be discredited. Even I think there are many who used to malign that person in various ways. After all, doing bad things would have a detrimental effect on our Steemit platform. So I think you should only refer people who you trust will do a good job and follow your instructions.

We really Need only dedicated person. You referred many people but they didn't understand the work well, moreover, if they leave here after doing various bad things, there will be no benefit. But it will be a huge loss to your reputation. So if possible refer a good person who will understand the importance of this platform and your respect. Then you will feel happy too, you have been able to help at least one person.

We need to promote and expand Steemit more and only involve people who can do good work here. Moreover, he should not only refer, he should be taught the work and should be given a clear understanding of the rules. After all he has to monitor all his activities only then he will become a good blogger.
