Hmm, would have voted JavaScript, due pure to the fact that Beem and Asyncsteem don't play nice (yet) in Python. But then my pet peeve (steemconnect asking me for posting key price for something needing mere authentication) so I ended up not voting. Anyhow, my vote would have been Javascriot today, but hopefully soon Python will kick JavaScript's but for STEEM development when/if these two parts (Beem signed oops plus Asyncsteem non blocking asynchonous operations compatible with Twisted) come together.
There is the account_create_with_delegation operation, available in multiple STEEM libs. Might be a good usecase for a qtreactor/asyncsteem tutorial I am planning for when asyncsteem signing will be up.
@emrebeyler might be able to help you with pointers how to maybe do this with his synchronous lib right now.
Note though that this is by no means an anonymous operation so unless you get someone else to do it, chances are it won't get the flag bot off your trail.
Interesting question, as I do not do a lot of programming I look forward to the results. Will you post the results here?

It will be possible to vote just by commenting, soon. (without going to website and authenticate.) :)
Is the voting site yours? If so, what language does "it" use?
Did not find an appropriate place to ask.
How can one instantly create a new STEEM account?
I saw quite a few did it.

Not a single crude and simple way to do it without third party libraries?
Something that can be copy pasted?
