Recipe: Khichuri with chicken.

Assalamu Alaikum friends how are you all I hope you are all well I am also quite well we are having quite a cold here and due to this cold for the last two days I have been a little sick with cold cough sore throat fever and the kids are also a little sick so everyone is very reluctant to eat and drink no one wants to eat this food very well so I cooked chicken yesterday and some meat was left from that chicken so today I thought with this little chicken I will cook khichuri with some rice dal and some potatoes vegetables and during winters most of the time khichuri pola meat these are the ones I like to eat and the kids also like so today I made this recipe I hope you will like my recipe today so let's start my recipe today.

| Garlic paste | 2 tsp |
| Ginger paste | 1 tsp |
| Coriander powder | 1 tsp |
| Chili powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Turmeric powder | 2 tsp |
| Cooking oil | as required |
| Salt | to taste |

First I took all the ingredients for cooking.
Then I washed the polao rice and lentils together.
Then I put a non-stick pan on the stove and added the required amount of oil. After the oil was hot, I added bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and peppercorns and fried them for a while.
Then I added chopped onions to the spices and fried the onions for a while.
Then I added rice, lentils, potatoes and carrots. Then I added all the spices one by one and after adding all the spices, I fried all the ingredients for a while. When it was fried, I added the pre-cooked chicken and added water as required.
Then I sautéed all the ingredients for a while and added tomatoes, green chilies and some more hot water and finished my cooking.
When the water dried up and the khichdi became clear, I took it off the stove.

And finally, I served it on a plate and decorated it beautifully. I made this beautiful plate for my children so that they would be happy to eat and see it.
