Don't be sadder, rejoice in the Lord, by @enivelo [20% to @HeartChurch]

When you lose a loved one, sadness covers you and a great longing neutralizes your thoughts.
The moments of suffering and pain seem that cannot be controlled very easily. There are external things that are out of your reach and in one way or another, they cause you anguish and worry.

Many negative things invade you and affect your emotions. Recently, I lost a loved one and this has been very hard on the whole family.
I wish I wasn't sad, yet I can't seem to help it.

Today I found a biblical portion that has spoken to my heart:

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I say: rejoice! Philippians 4: 4 King James Version (KJV)

In truth, the only one who can turn our sadness into joy is the Lord. God gives us the strength to
face the difficult moments of life and gives us a joy that multiplies our strength. The joy of the Lord is our strength. In difficult times, we can trust the Lord to help us overcome an emotional or financial crisis.

God strengthens us in the midst of any storm of life. The Lord is always present to comfort us and give us the necessary strength to carry on in the midst of suffering and pain.

When Martha and Mary were crying because their brother Lazarus had died, the Lord came three days later and in the midst of their pain, the Lord gave them great comfort and raised Lazarus from the dead.
God is always present to comfort us and give us strength when we do not have it. Do not be distressed and wait with joy in the Lord, who does not shame those who wait for him.

We must rejoice in the Lord and put all our problems at his feet, and in God's prudent moment, he will give us the strength to rise up and declare victory over all adversities and our joy will be greater.
