Greetings everyone how are you all doing today I welcome you all to my blog i believe you are all having a wonderful moment of your life so @deepak94 you have done a great job by publishing this interesting contest for the week much gratitude to you.

Firstly I'm a good citizen of Nigeria and i can tell how our voting system works, Nigeria is a great country in the hole of Africa and it's the most populated country in Africa which is also known as the gaint of Africa.

And when it comes to the voting system in Nigeria are based on the multi-party system where different political parties nominate their candidates to run for various positions in elections and in the Nigeria voting system we have something called the INEC which means independent national electoral commission and this people are the once responsible for conducting elections in Nigeria and also make sure the election is free and fair with out any incriminology act.

And in my country Nigeria once ut a month before the election they will start a voter registration just to ensure that eligible citizens of the country are well registered to vote and every body that is 18 years and above will start going to register in the local government.

So after that is being done the political parties in my country Nigeria will hold what is called primaries which means to select their candidates for various positions which includes the presidential and legislative positions after that is done they will be a political parties and candidates campaign across the hole of Nigeria to win the support of voters and in this period is when some candidates share food stuff and many goodies to people just for him or her to gain the support from people many things is being done.

Then on the election day the a eligible voters cast their votes at designated polling units and after every one has casted their votes then the INEC officials will now count the vote received from each candidate and then announced the results at that polling units then after that the results will now organize the total votes of each candidate and the submit to the national level so once the hole result has been counted as a completely and the candidates with the highest number of votes will be declared as the winner by the INEC chairman.
