The Diary Game || 01 -09 -2024 || Sunday fun with beach visit.

Greetings everyone how are you all doing today it's a good day and I'm happy to share with you all how i spent my day today so today been Sunday which is first of September 2024 I woke up very early in the morning and prepared myself to quickly attend morning mass which was around 6am so I attended morning mass and when I get home was around 9:30am so I now started doing some house chores which I'm supposed to do.

So i had plans of going to the market today to get some food stuffs so after rounding up all the house chores i dress up and write down my lists then snap it with my phone and leave to rhe market so on my way i did a withdrawal of some cash then entered bus that was heading to the market the market is called Itedo market located in lagos state Nigeria.

As I get to the market i bought all the items that was in my list and it took me about 1 hour to get everything then I went back home so check everything that i bought and then decided to cook Egusi soup with vegetables so below is how i made it.

Here are the ingredients that I'm using to cook this egusi soup.

Palm oil		Dry fish
Skin meat	Vegetable leaf
Cube Maggie	Grounded pepper
Crayfish	Salt and Stockfish

Now I started boiling the Stockfish first so it will be soft when eating it so i boiled it for 10 minutes then put it down.

I now place the pot back add enough water and waited for some minutes before adding my palm oil and then with the skin meat.

So after that waited until it has boil very well i now add all the ingredients and also the egusi so for like 3 minutes i now add the vegetables after washing it with clean water and leave it for 5 minutes and it was done tastes good.

After I finish eating and get some rest it was around 2pm so I waited until 3pm the i visited the beach this beach is called Alpha Beach located in lekki lagos Nigeria this my 3rd time of visiting this beach sometimes it's good to visit beach and see the beauty of the water and how the wave carries the water i took a lot of pictures and i really enjoyed my self as well.
