Ever decided to do some cleaning then ended up with the house looking like a bomb has hit it?😨

Day 3 of my cleaning spell, I think that it will take another 2 days until I am finished. I've finally decided to bin clothes that I've never worn and to sort out my books by category, all 2000 of them.😟😿

Also, had a nice collection of cans which needed binned. My desk needs cleansed with fire!

Today's training was only a 6 mile walk. My balance is still poor but tomorrow morning I will be visiting the doctor... Again! I may or may not end up suing them for the poor treatment. It depends how tomorrow morning goes.😒

So a 6 mile walk and a 3 hour cleaning spell was all of my exercises for today. Tomorrow, I will try a 6 mile walk and some weight training. It depends on my ear, and how much cleaning I can get done too.

So, not much else to report. Hopefully, I get my ear fixed this week and I can get back to work ASAP.
