Why are the birds flying?
Look at the sky. What can you see there besides the clouds and the sun? That's right, birds. Animals that move in the air. It happens that we envy them. Something they can take and fly anywhere, and fly pretty fast. So why can birds fly? Let's find out.
It's all about the structure of the birds' bodies in particular. They have big wings. Which have a very interesting shape. When a bird swings its wing, the air passes on different sides of the wing at different speeds. The air flows have different pressures. The result is a lifting force that pushes the bird up.
Also birds are helped in flight by very strong muscles, which are used to wave wings. There are feathers all over the body of the bird, allowing it to move through the air as easily as a knife through warm oil.
Birds have an even more interesting bone structure, which makes the total bird weight even smaller. All these factors together make it possible for a bird to fly through the sky. Something we envy so much.
It is so beautiful !
