BITTREX wallet lagged for 1h -> after $GRC price jumped to $0.06

The wallet from BITTREX is right now all fine again:

• at block 1001937

About 2h ago the price of GRC about roughly doubled

• it jumped to like $0.06
• and the waves of this seems to be coming from BITTREX: someone apparently made a big order (not instant, but over 10 mins) there into GRC and the waves hit also the other exchanges

but seemingly, the wallet on Bittrex had trouble later:

• it showed being at block 1001898 (created 57 mins ago at that point)

though we were then on the main chain at 1001931

and the GRC price while writing this was then at:

• Poloniex: 0.00001079 BTC
• Bittrex: 0.00001262 BTC

It seems the increased volume made trouble ? or some security measures?

• likely, b/c deposit times on Poloniex are about 4h (120 confirmations), while on BITTREX it is much less (like around 10 conf.), and the whole world probably jumped onto BITTREX (site/bots)?

P.S. 

looking in retrospective at the net weight from block 1001898 to 1001931, it was at around 140-150 million, which is lately normal (see also the daily records here).

Right now, at block 1001959 the net weight is at 119.9 million
